Harristechsolutions · Platform relaunch
Harristechsolutions, a tech support agency, needed to reposition from a services vendor to a strategic product partner. We rebuilt the site architecture around their service ladders, layered in product storytelling, and created a modular CMS so the team can spin up offers as fast as they invent them.
Beyond the marketing layer, I shaped the internal toolkit—component tokens, content models, and QA automations—so their team could sustain the launch momentum without constant developer support.
- Crafted a headless CMS architecture so the team can launch service pages in minutes.
- Directed visual language tying together case studies, illustrations, and live data badges.
- Implemented performance budgets that keep the site sub-1s on Core Web Vitals.
- Delivered an internal playbook covering content governance, asset specs, and rollout rituals.
